We offer free worldwide shipping on most orders.
Our goods are not with a frame, if you need a frame please contact us!

All paintings are made to order. This means our average processing times range between 20-30 business days, depending on the painting's complexity. This time represents the painting and drying process.

Shipping times:

Rolled canvases are shipped via FedEx and UPS Express, framed works are shipped via other couriers。

US, CA: 5-10business days

AU, NZ: 5-10business days

EU: 5-10 business days

Rest of the world: 5-10 business days

All paintings are shipped after painting, and quality inspection is completed. These processes can take up to 30 business days. All paintings come with free 100% insurance coverage.

Works shipped without a frame:

Works shipped without a frame will be sent as a rolled canvas and will be shipped via FedEx and UPS. For further questions, please contact us at art@leyigallery.com.

Works shipped with a frame:

Works shipped with a frame will be shipped via alternative courier. For further questions, please contact us at art@leyigallery.com.

Shipping information:

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, the postal service may leave a notice card to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
